RESI STAY THE KYOTO

Kitchen, washer, laundry drying in the bath room (new idea), iron, overall a mini smart home with many human living friendly functionalities.

The door lock from inside, hard to use. A door close and open should be straight forward and should not take long time to figure out. This door lock design is a definite fire hazard, making it hard to escape in emergencies.

Conveniently located, clean, and friendly—this was a great stay. We loved having the small kitchenette and laundry facilities in the room. Grocery store and transportation nearby.

We love staying at Resi The Kyoto. My son esp, would love to come back if we plan to travel to Kyoto in the future. Despite of a bit dusty in some part of the room, and my son sneeze a lot, my wife love that there was a vacuum cleaner in the room. She also love about the washing machine and everything, especially the terrace. The shuttle that the property provided was also very helpul. Thank you, Resi The Kyoto. See you again.

A bit far from tourist spots

The location was very convenient as it was a easy walk to the metro or bus stops. We enjoyed the space and especially the bathroom that was in the room. The room had a kitchenette so Breakfast was not provided by the hotel.

Room was pretty small and expensive.

The room was clean. All equipment was there. Easier to use. The environment is quite in the evening. Like the vibe here. And the customer service Trang help me a lot. Really appreciate it.

The toilet door was too tight to open. And when we open it. It slip and fall off. I need to install back and take time to settle it. The heater also not working properly. The swing option can't be use. And the heater not properly working in the morning. Not sure ald setting or what. And also. Too far from Kyoto station, need to walk about 15 min and also far from bus stop. And when we were booking. Get the price RM600++ for Black Friday discount, but after payment it up to 950++ and need to pay tourist tax also. This tax part was my mistake since I just learn that . Also the wifi not reach to our room.

It was purely about the themed Korumi room - my child had a MAGICAL experience, she cried and did not want to leave the room as she loved it sooooo muuuuch. The room is fully decorated in Korumi style, there are Korumi toothbrushes, tea, water bottles and more. There was a Korumi gift bag with goodies (bag, towel, suvenir room key). Also, there is a very cool puzzle to solve with the artwork on the wall. Netflix is working so we made it a full theme and watched Korumi/Cinnamoroll cartoons. The location is also convenient for sightseeing. We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle from Kyoto train station.

Nothing.There is a breakfast box instead of a full breakfast, but we did enjoyed it and ate it for dinner since we arrived hungry.

The property is in an amazing location and is well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and cooperative

The room was extremely small and there was barely any space to walk or open our luggage.

Outstanding facilities all in one room, washing machine, dryer, Netflix, ….. fridge, cooking facilities…..just great !

Our family rented 3 Superior rooms and were very satisfied with our accommodations. The rooms were very spacious especially with a separate bedroom that had a queen size bed. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with all the amenities expected. Location was in a quiet neighborhood with a couple of great restaurants within a few feet from the hotel's entrance and about a 10-12-minute walk from Kyoto train station. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting Kyoto.

Great location, nice apartment, close to the transportation system, and downtown stores.

Rooms were clean and quiet.

The arrival Check-in process was not good. There was no one at the reception when we arriving around 11am. We called using the phone instructions to reach someone since no code was given at any point via email or otherwise. No staff answered the phone that said to call if no one was at front desk and needed to check-in. We were stuck outside not knowing what to do. Worse experience. Another guest opened the door for us and explain her horrible experience as well saying she had to check-in near the train station. A cleaning staff member showed us where to lock our bags. Then we left to go explore until 4pm then finally found someone at the front desk and were able to check in.The check-in process was the worse we've ever experience.

Small rooms for 3 people but it was nice.

Large apartment and good shower (pressure). The shower has a dry function to blow dry your washed clothes. Furthermore,the customer service was great,even assisted us with a reservation.

The carpet flooring which is outdated and does not seem to be clean with stains etc.. Same applies to the the furniture (couch and seat), which we haven't used as it felt dirty. It is still 19min walking to kyoto station which is quite a lot if you are planning to stay here for multiple days. You can catch the citybus nearby though but it is often crowded due to lots of tourists.

Comfortable rooms in central location. Walkable to Kyoto station & many other restaurants & attractions.

Had laundry machine inside room and pretty central.

Room is tight and hard to walk around certain areas. Can stub your toe if not careful.

Enough facilities and appliances, close to Kyoto station

There is no enough space for family at 3, our luggage must be kept close all times.

We really enjoy the property. Really comfortable. Staff was very responsive. We had a shuttle to take us to the hotel from the front desk at the train station. We had a problem with the fridge but was promptly fix by the staff. It's great to have a washing machine, but I would love to have a dryer also. Beds are comfortable. Everything was very clean overall.
